 ALL RATES AND CONFIRMATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO AUDIT AFTER ORDER COMPLETION; TO INCLUDE ACTUAL TOLLS, PARKING FEES, FUEL CHARGES, ADDITIONAL STOPS & TIME ALLOTTED, ETC. HOURLY JOBS ARE BILLED BY THE NUMBER OF HOURS YOU ORDERED THE VEHICLE FOR; THEN IN 1/2 HR INCREMENTS THEREAFTER. MINIMUM POSTED NUMBER OF HOURS; IS ONLY THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF HOURS WE WILL ACCEPT AN ORDER FOR NOT, WHAT YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR.  DIRECT TRANSFER (POINT TO POINT, AIRPORT RETURNS) ORDERS HAVE A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD AT PICK-UP (EXCEPT AIRPORT ARRIVALS); IF YOU EXCEED THE GRACE PERIOD YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN 30 MINUTE INCREMENTS EQUAL TO STATED VEHICLE HOURLY RATE. PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

By utilizing Luxury GroundLink and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, you expressly authorize your credit card/corp account to be charged in accordance with our rates, policies & terms.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted by Phone only. Cancellation for sedans/SUVs must be received 72 hours or more before the posted time of pickup. A Cancellation Fee will be applied, otherwise.

FOR SPECIALTY VEHICLES: Cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 7 DAYS of the call. Email Confirmation of Cancellation will be sent and must be retained by client as proof of cancellation.

luxury groundlink  cannot be held responsible for delays due to inclement weather conditions, or mechanical issues that may arise, due to weather. Airport Arrivals & Departure Transfers: Luxury groundlink  requires all cancellations be received no less than 72 hours prior to pickup time. Roundtrip orders must be cancelled as 2 separate orders. If you there is no car at the airport for you, or they cannot find chauffeur, you MUST call the office to inquire about your car before leaving in a different mode of transportation – If you do not call the office and leave in a different vehicle, you will be charged the full amount for the trip.

CHANGE POLICY

Luxury GroundLink requires that all changes be received by Email or Phone (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 4 hours prior to pickup for all orders and are subject to availability. If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the order.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

You may notice some additional charges to your reservation as a result of your booking being placed after midnight.

Fees Charged for:

Booking for a airport pickup for an arrival after midnight Booking a Reservation between 12:00AM – 4:30AM EST. 

All deposits are non-refundable as of 30 days prior to reservation date.
